Dodgeville School District's Online Registration

We are looking forward to the 24-25 school year and are excited that you will be joining us! The district's enrollment process is now entirely digital and completed online. To enroll in our school district, please click on the buttons below.

New families will register their children by clicking the New Students button below, and existing families will register their children through Parent Portal or by clicking the Current Students button.

Medical Forms

Please complete the following form to authorize your child(ren) to take over the counter medications while at school. 

If your student(s) requires prescription medications (Epi Pens, inhalers, scheduled prescription medications) please complete the below form and have your provider sign it as well.  This will need to be completed and sent to the school.

Free & Reduced Meals
